Music Monday

I haven't done a Music Monday for a while, so I decided to share my current favourite song. I think I listened to it 15 times today. I love Lana Del Rey, my favourite of hers is "Million Dollar Man", but I listened to her most recent album Ultraviolence on Spotify and fell in love with it. The whole feel of the album. This may sound corny, but her songs make me feel different compared to any other music that I love. Her lyrics sometimes aren't that great, but the sound is still really good!

Monday Music

I haven't made a music post in a little while so I decided to share a song that I have been listening to non-stop for the last few days. 

I  really like Placebo and have since I was a teenager. They're not a band I listen to a lot but every now and then I'm in the mood for them. This song from their latest album is really really good and it's been stuck in my head!

I think Brian Molko has such an interesting voice and that is something I really like.

Merriment - I Give Up

I fell in love with this song when I heard it on Jessethereaders April 2013 Document Your Life video. 

It's such a sweet and relaxing song and she has such a gorgeous voice, I adore it. 

I bought their EP on iTunes and I listened to it all day today!

Gruff Rhys - Whale Trail 

My brother messaged me last night and told me to download the free Whale Trail app on my iPhone because I will like the song. And he was right! It's sung by Gruff Rhys, one of my all time favourite musicians. 

He was the lead singer for Super Furry Animals and makes some great solo music too.

The app is pretty fun, and the song is awesome!

of Montreal - Neat Little Domestic Life

This is one of my favourites, as it is pretty much how I want my life to be. I want a domestic life. 

A life of making a home and having a family with my wonderful soon to be husband.

I want to travel a bit first, but I want to settle down into a nicer home soon and get cracking on making it how we want it to be.

I love thinking about the possibilities and I know he feels the same way <3
