kikki.K Planner

So for my birthday my sister in law Katherine was naughty and ordered me this AMAZING kikki.K planner of my dreams. Check out this thing of beauty -

This is a larger planner, my current planner is far too small and now that it's the end of the year it is stuffed to the brim, so I definitely need something bigger! Also, it's my favourite colour!

Gold rings inside with a pocket at the front for bits and pieces. Pink dividers (but it doesn't include weekly planner pages which was weird to me?)

They also included a bunch of paper inside and a butt load of stickers! I am so excited to use this planner in the new year!!

Mostly baking and planning this week!

365 Crafting Time Days 211 - 224

I really need to step up my crafting game. I went to the Finders Keepers Market on Saturday and seeing all the amazing things people make made me want to step out of my comfort zone with my crafting. Hopefully I can be brave enough to try some new things soon!

Finishing up my deer painting + May monthly pages

Finished! I love this one + a failed wrapping paper envelope

Weekly pages + this one was so boring at first because there was so much brown!

A letter for a pen pal + more brown! (and Mulder in the background haha)

I carved a cat stamp + FINALLY adding colour!

Finally adding colour! + I made cupcakes for my friends birthday

Boring pages because all my supplies are boxed up + seriously, so in love with this one now! The colours are gorgeous

365 Crafting Time 156 - 169

Two more weeks crafting every day!! My new obsession is paint by numbers. My brother in law gave me one for my birthday last year and I finally started it last week. I like painting before bed, filling in each colour is really really relaxing, and I had so much fun doing it I bought 4 more online!

Early stages - of course it was a cat!

Progress + I needed a new pencil cup so I painted this $2 from The Reject Shop

Birthday card envelope for someone + it looked creepy with white eyes!

Finished! How great does it look! Definitely harder than ones when I was a kid! + I ruined 3 blocks of chocolate and finally got it to melt to make this dessert so it was my craft of the day - I was so frustrated haha

I painted Rincewinds Wizzard Hat as I was thinking about Terry Pratchett a lot + this weeks pages

My new paint by number that I worked on over the weekend (I paint most days but don't make it my crafty thing every day!) + a birthday package to send to a friend of mine - I love decorating them and my post office always comments on them haha

My New Planner

For Christmas Nathan gave me a Truffula Forest Lilac A5 planner. I've loved the Kikki.k lilac planners but couldn't buy one as they are made of leather. I was so happy to find these beautiful faux leather ones in one of my favourite colours and I am so excited to use it and share it with you!

Isn't it lovely! It's such nice quality, and I am using the large kikki.k planner refill inside. I bought their planner starter kit which is where the little mushroom page marker and the 'Today is a good day" card is from.

I use washi tape to plan my blog posts, as it is easy to peel off and change around if I want to. So far I haven't decorated my pages too much, but I am planning on experimenting with it as I go!
